Planning Board denies erosion waiver for River Road subdivision

NH BOW — Bow Planning Board continues subdivision, requires erosion control study. The Board voted 6 to 1 to deny a waiver for an erosion plan for the four-lot Ryan Stacy LLC subdivision at 108 River Road, with Chair Don Berube Jr. opposing. The Board approved waivers for drainage and parks dedication.

In separate action, the Planning Board unanimously approved a Conditional Use Permit for The S3AK Trust for a residential driveway off South Bow Road, adding a condition prohibiting fertilizer use in erosion control zones. The Board also unanimously approved amendments to Site Plan Review and Subdivision Regulations to address special flood hazard areas for NFIP compliance.
