NH BOW — Bow Business Development Commission re-elects leadership, endorses $4M water project. The commission unanimously elected Bill Hickey as Chair, Wendy Gazaway as Vice Chair, and Andy Foote as Secretary for one-year terms. The board endorsed a $4 million warrant article for a Bow-Concord water interconnection serving Bow Junction, with $1,500,000 from the Emerging Contaminants Grant Program, $305,101 from the NHDES Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (100 percent forgiveness at project completion), and $2,194,899 from the Bow Business Corridor TIF District Fund.

The project is contingent on reaching an acceptable agreement with the City of Concord.
