Planning Board approves four projects, continues solar review

NH BOW — Bow Planning Board unanimously approves four development applications in Thursday evening session. The board approved a Wetland Conditional Use Permit for Eversource Energy to replace utility poles with temporary impacts of 15,267 square feet of wetland and 2,883 square feet of buffer; a Site Plan and Wetland CUP for two contractor bays at Loraco Plaza; a lot line adjustment and Wetland CUP for J.E. Belanger Land Surveying addressing property encroachment on town land; and a warehouse addition for Amoskeag Beverages at Hall Street.

The board continued review of a 1.76-megawatt solar array on the former landfill to June 18 and scheduled a public site walk for June 15 at 5:30 PM.
