NH BOW — Bow Planning Board approves four-lot residential subdivision and indoor soccer training facility. The Board voted 7-0 on Application 501-26 from Ryan Stacy LLC for a subdivision at 108 River Road in the R-1 district, with conditions requiring site-specific erosion control plans before building permits issue. In a unanimous vote, the Board approved Application 201-26 from Alley Realty, LLC for an indoor soccer training facility at 29 Dunklee Road; the Board granted a parking waiver allowing 39 spaces against the required 42, finding the number adequate for the 20-24 youth and coaches using the facility.
