NH BOW — Planning Board approves solar array on landfill site. The Bow Planning Board unanimously approved a 1.76-megawatt solar photovoltaic array on the former White Rock Hill Road Landfill at 8 Falcon Way, requiring an Operations and Maintenance Plan and financial decommissioning bond. The Board also unanimously approved a 4.57-acre lot line adjustment for Timothy Polson on Woodhill Road and endorsed Unitil Service Corp's vegetation maintenance on Putney Road and western Woodhill Hooksett Road scheduled for fall 2026.

A cell tower application by Dennis J. Ordway Trust 2023 for a 190-foot lattice tower on South Bow Road was deemed complete and scheduled for site walk July 15, continuing to July 16 for further review.
