Planning Board approves Bow Associates site plan with occupancy condition

NH BOW — Planning Board approves two applications and continues Loraco Plaza project for engineering review. Amber Bow Associates won approval 7-0 for a site plan modification allowing early occupancy of a Phase 3 building at 91 Dow Road contingent on a construction contract for Dow Road/Route 3-A intersection improvements, with the town having committed approximately $300,000 in Tax Increment Financing funding. The Loraco Plaza applications, presented by Jason Hill of TFMoran on behalf of Scott Soucy, were continued to May 21 after the Board scheduled a May 18 site walk and required third-party drainage engineering review.
The Board also unanimously approved a contractor bay building at 9 Tallwood Drive for Devin Coleman, with 38 parking spaces provided for a required 24.
