CIP Committee Elects Davis as Chair and Dugas as Vice Chair

NH BOW — Bow Capital Improvement Committee elects new leadership and launches capital project review. The Committee unanimously elected Mark Davis as Chair and Glenn Dugas as Vice Chair at its June meeting. The Committee then began departmental reviews of capital projects scheduled for completion in fiscal years 2027 through 2029, requesting updated cost information from multiple departments.

Public Works, Police, Fire, and Parks and Recreation will provide revised capital costs; Schools and Library submissions will be available in August. The Committee identified a potential deficit in fire department capital reserves in fiscal years 2034-2035.
