Planning Board advances five zoning amendments to town ballot

NH BOW — Planning Board unanimously votes to advance five zoning amendments to Bow's town warrant. Chair Don Berube, Jr. presided over public hearings for the amendments addressing overlay district purpose statements, multifamily housing in commercial zones, accessory dwelling unit regulations, wetland boundary dispute procedures, and excavation permit timelines. Kip McDaniel, Selectboard Representative, moved to place all five amendments on the ballot, with Secretary Jessica Duke seconding each motion.
All five amendments received unanimous votes from the Board.
