Bow Commission advances Hooksett-Turnpike property donation

NH BOW — Bow Conservation Commission votes on land donation agreement. The Commission voted 5-0 to forward a conservation agreement for a Hooksett-Turnpike property donation to the landowner, with the Commission covering closing costs and the Select Board to provide final authorization per state law. In other business, the Commission voted 4-0-1 to approve a $1,000 expenditure for Bow Open Spaces membership renewal, with Commissioner Tom O'Donovan recusing himself.
The Commission also discussed ongoing project reviews including the River Road bridge over Bow Bog Brook, the Robertson Trail seasonal reroute, and the Loraco Plaza commercial development, with plans to participate in site walks before making recommendations.
