Board approves preservation easements for two historic structures

NH BOW — Bow Board of Selectmen approves preservation easements for historic properties. Chair Kip McDaniel presided over the unanimous approval of two 10-year discretionary preservation easements for structures on Michael and Nancy Sampo Trust property: a circa 1870 agricultural barn and a circa 1850 blacksmith shop, both assessed at 75 percent of full value under RSA 79-D terms. The board also unanimously approved the Utility Billing Warrant for Water.
