Bow approves solar facility lease and property preservation

NH BOW — Bow selectboard approves renewable solar facility agreement and property preservation. The Board of Selectmen approved a Payment in Lieu of Tax Agreement with Kearsarge Bow Schools, LLC for a solar electric generating facility on the Memorial School building, with Town Manager David Stack authorized to execute necessary documents. The board also approved a Discretionary Preservation Easement for a Woodhill Road property, valuing the barn and workshop at 25 percent while removing a connecting structure from the easement.

Additional votes approved a street closure for a May 23 neighborhood block party, appointed two Library Board alternates, and authorized permanent no parking signs on Stack Drive.
