Recycling Committee Sets October Date For Household Hazardous Waste Day

NH BOW — Recycling Committee sets October 17 date for annual household hazardous waste collection. The Bow committee confirmed New Hampshire Recycles and Enviroserve (Auburn, Maine) as vendor and collection handler, with American Retroworks managing electronics at a new price of $50 for oversized TVs, up from $45. The committee unanimously approved April draft minutes and reported March recycling totals of 65.23 tons against 187.92 tons of trash.
Committee leadership elections were deferred to the June 2 meeting.
