Bow Buildings Committee reviews capital improvement timeline

NH BOW — Bow Buildings Committee meets to review capital projects and ongoing facility upgrades. The committee, chaired by David Cook, reviewed a capital improvement worksheet prepared by Building and Facilities Manager Chris Andrews showing project costs and timelines relative to the capital reserve fund. The Community building heating system request for qualifications is in development, and the Recreation Center addition is under construction.

Lighting upgrades are advancing at the Library, Municipal Building, and Rec Center; the Safety Center's water heater has been replaced; and the DPW is closing out a ventilation project after addressing cost overruns.
