NH BOW — Bow Zoning Board approves special exception for specialty gas distributor at industrial park. Attorney Ari Pollack, representing Amber Bow Associates and property owner Peter Lavine, requested the exception from Section 5.11 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit bulk storage of fuels, chemicals, and flammable materials. The board unanimously granted the exception for Middlesex Gases, which will occupy a warehouse at 81 Dow Road in the Granite State Industrial Center to distribute oxygen and nitrogen products for manufacturing and industrial purposes.

The approval is conditioned on compliance with Section 7.12 of the Zoning Ordinance and all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations.
