NH BOW — Bow TIF board unanimously backs $510,000 for Dow Road intersection. The Business Corridor Tax Increment Financing District Advisory Board on March 4 recommended the Board of Selectmen fund the project, required by Planning Board approval before Phase 3 occupancy of developer Peter Levine's Granite State Industrial Center.
