TIF Board recommends $510,000 for Dow Road intersection

NH BOW — Bow TIF board unanimously backs $510,000 for Dow Road intersection. The Business Corridor Tax Increment Financing District Advisory Board on March 4 recommended the Board of Selectmen fund the project, required by Planning Board approval before Phase 3 occupancy of developer Peter Levine's Granite State Industrial Center. Levine committed 13 percent of costs, approximately $88,000, and has already spent $80,000 on engineering and design.
The 33-acre industrial development is anticipated to generate over $280,000 annually in BBC TIF revenue once fully built out. The recommendation proceeds to Board of Selectmen consideration on April 14, 2026.
