Business Development Commission reviews projects from Amber Bow to Bow Mills

Business Development Commission · Meeting of August 5, 2026

NH BOW — Business Development Commission reviews development pipeline despite market slowdown. Vice Chair Wendy Gazaway and board members reviewed four major projects, including Amber Bow Associates construction and a Northern Border Regional Commission-funded feasibility study for water infrastructure to Bow Mills and Bow Junction that could unlock development in those areas. The Board of Selectmen approved $300,000 in tax increment financing for intersection improvements related to Amber Bow, though board members said the allocation fell short of TIF Advisory Board recommendations.

Real estate market has slowed, but buyers remain willing to pay premium prices for desirable neighborhoods, according to Member Bianca Contreras.
